Additional info for cabin/cottage reservations.  When we receive your deposit and a signed Rental Agreement, your reservation will be confirmed.  The rental agreement will be emailed to you separately.  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. 

1.  There is an additional 9% tax on rental charges.

2.  The refundable security deposit is an additional $250.

3.  A $250 deposit is required to reserve the property.  This payment is due at the time of booking the reservation.

4.  Balance will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date. (Balance will automatically be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival.)

5.  All bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival require full payment at time of booking.

6. There is a 2 night minimum stay for regular nights; and, a 3 night minimum stay required for holidays (at the weekend rental rate).
